Neighbor gave me a pair of these fish grippers last year and I finally got a chance them. They are a plyer sort of device with a forked groove on the teeth that you use to pull the skin off skate, dogfish, fluke, blowfish, etc. We went to try to find them and they are nowhere. They don't make them anymore, apparently. Anyway, I picked up a bunch of them and have them available at garbagefish.com so if you want to grab one of the last remaining implements for deskinning skate or the like, go to http://www.garbagefish.com/merchgrabber1.htmI've got pics and you can order them online. Also, you can watch my neighbor John use them on a skate in this video. http://www.garbagefish.com/cleaningskate.htm
